Eckhart Tolle says, “Being is finding within yourself that space of stillness that is always there, where you can be conscious without thinking.”
I love it when I find myself in this “space of stillness,” this “point of dynamic rest,” but it doesn’t happen nearly enough.
When I look at the small hill of daffodils that bloom in my backyard each spring, I feel that space of stillness.
Their season is now. A reminder to accept the present moment as it is.
I bring a bouquet indoors to remind me to take the time, or as as a child would say, “time out,” to reclaim balance in my life.
Eckhart Tolle warns us not to become lost in our thinking and doing.
Thank you, Mother Nature.
Thank you, Eckhart Tolle.
Thank you for the reminder,
